What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent jewelry, also known as forever jewelry, includes bracelets, anklets, and necklaces designed for continuous wear without removal. These pieces hold significant sentimental value, making them perfect for memorable events, a fun night out with friends, or to signify a life event, or simply just for fun. Using a small welder, we attach the jewelry, eliminating traditional clasps. We offer many customization options with high-quality materials like sterling silver and gold-filled chains, connectors, and charms. The process is quick and painless.

Check the events and classes tab for the dates we will be hosting permanent jewelry events.  Please note that we do have Studio hours available where you can 'pop-in' for permanent jewelry.  If the dates do not work for you, please contact us to arrange an appointment OR host your own event.  Call us today.  See below on hosting an event.

Caring for Your Permanent Jewelry

Taking care of your permanent jewelry ensures its longevity and keeps it looking its best. Here are some tips:

  1. Regular Cleaning: Gently clean your jewelry with mild soap and water, using a soft brush to remove any dirt or residue. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.
  2. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, and strong household cleaners, which can damage the metal and cause discoloration.
  3. Be Mindful of Activities: While permanent jewelry is designed to withstand everyday activities, be mindful of activities that might subject it to excessive stress or potential damage, such as heavy lifting or intense sports.
  4. Check for Wear and Tear: Regularly inspect your jewelry for any signs of wear, such as weak links or loose charms. If you notice any issues, contact us for a professional inspection and potential repair.
  5. Store Carefully: If you need to remove your jewelry temporarily, store it in a safe, dry place. Use a soft pouch or jewelry box to protect it from scratches and tangling.

By following these care tips, you can keep your permanent jewelry

looking beautiful and lasting for a long time.

Medical Procedures

Permanent jewelry typically does not need to be removed for most medical procedures, as it is designed to be worn continuously. However, there are certain situations where removal may be necessary, such as:

  • MRI Scans: Metal jewelry can interfere with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, so it might need to be removed.
  • Surgical Procedures: For surgeries, especially those involving the area where the jewelry is worn, removal might be required to prevent any risk of infection or interference.
  • X-Rays: Some medical imaging procedures may require the removal of metal objects to ensure clear images.

In these cases, we can safely cut off your jewelry and rewelded after the procedure at no cost to you if you orignally purchased your jewelry from us. Please note that it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider about specific requirements before any medical procedure.

What Happens if my Jewelry Falls Off?

If your permanent jewelry falls off, it's usually not a major issue.

Here's what you should do:

  1. Keep the Jewelry Safe: If it falls off, keep the jewelry piece safe and secure until you can contact us.
  2. Contact Us: Reach out to us.  We want to help you. We will re-weld it for you for free

Please regularly check your jewelry for any signs of wear and tear and let us know if you have any concerns.

Hosting A Party

Host your own event!  As a host of a permanent jewelry party, you're not just providing a venue; you're creating a fun and memorable experience for your guests.

Here's what you need to know:

  1. Invitations: Send out invitations to your friends, family, and acquaintances, inviting them to join you for an exclusive permanent jewelry party. You can use digital invitations, social media event pages, or traditional paper invites.
  2. Venue: Decide where you want to host the party. It could be at your home, a community center, or another suitable location. Ensure there's enough space for guests to browse and try on jewelry comfortably.
  3. Refreshments: Consider providing light refreshments and beverages for your guests. This could be as simple as finger foods, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks, or you could go all out with a themed spread.
  4. Hosting Rewards: As a host, you will receive a gift from us.  Call for details.
  5. Enjoy Yourself: Most importantly, relax and have fun! Hosting a permanent jewelry party is a great opportunity to connect with friends and family while exploring beautiful jewelry pieces.

By following these tips, you can create a fun and memorable experience for your guests that they'll cherish long after the party is over.

Hosting a larger event?  Adding permanent jewelry is a fantastic activity within a larger event, adding an extra layer of enjoyment and sophistication. If you're organizing a larger event such as a fundraiser, charity gala, or community gathering, consider adding a permanent jewelry party as one of the activities.
